Kelly Michelle Thomas was born on March 25, 1989 in Silver Spring, MD. Since childhood, Kelly always had a niche for creating whether it was art or writing short stories, mainly poetry. She attended James Hubert Blake High School, a school of arts and humanities, where she began to indulge in graphic and web design and graduated in 2007.
Although she has surrounded herself in creativity, she wasn't fully in tune with her creative nature, as she once was, until 2014 when her life took a dramatic shift. After a series of traumatic relationships and life events, she began her creative endeavors in 2014 creating art under the name "Miche” to cope. In 2015 Kelly wrote her collection of poetic literature titled 125 Days that wouldn’t be published until 6 years later in 2021.
For Kelly, art and writing have become her therapy for expressing her feelings, where she couldn’t as a child. Kelly continues to write and create art in her hometown of Silver Spring, MD at the age of 34 years old.
